Try removing the battery from the camera. Leave it out for about three minutes or so, then insert it back in again. Turn the power on. If this doesn’t restore the camera’s zoom lens back to normal, kindly return it to the store where you bought it from for a warranty claim.

i buy a samsung p120 few hours ago.then i came to my house and then i try it,but the zoom in are not normally operated.my question is what would i do to go back a normal zoom in?
